Prices

• The rates are applicable for a minimum stay of 3 days.
• We remind you that from 01.01.2014 a 'temporary visitor' tax will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments (valid for our category) of 2,40 € per person/per day. (Except children up to 14 years)
• The price includes: bed linen, towels and kitchen towels and the final cleaning, Val Gardena Mobilcard, ski boot depot, ski boot dryer, grill, storeroom for bikes and motocycles.
• Washing, ironing and drying according to possibility (chargeable).
• On the day of arrival the apartment will be available around 3 p.m.
• On the day of departure the apartments must be vacated by 10 a.m.
• No smoking in all the apartments.
• Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
• Open garage
• Wireless in the apartments
• We will receive your payment in cash ; please note that we don't accept credit cards.
• The reservation is valid after the entrance of the deposit.

Conditions

Cancellation:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 90 days before arrival (if the deposit has been paid, the amount will be reserved for the next booking or can be claimed back from the guest).
• From 90 days before the arrival your deposit will no longer be refunded.
• From 60 days before the arrival, the cancelation fee is 70 % of the total amount.
• From 14 days before the arrival, the cancelation fee is 70 % of the total amount.

Late arrival or early departure will be charged with 100% of the total amount.

Referring to the Consumer Protection Code (Information referrring to part III, part III, paragraph I of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005)

In order to avoid paying cancelation fees in such cases, we recommend taking out the “Roter Hahn" cancellation protection insurance. In this case the cancellation fees will be covered by the European Travel Insurance.
